1.ADDRESS

Customer hereby agrees and accept to provide proper billing address (GST No. Optional) and accurate shipping address with the full address including area, pin code, contact person mobile number(two Contact person Numbers), nearest landmark, a special note regarding site hindrance has to be updated during the order placement.

2.CONFIRMATION FOR DELIVERY

M-Kube will confirm the order through phone calls. Once the order gets confirmed with the customer, then the only shipment of the product will take place. Any special requirement (like hanging electrical line below the unloading location, narrow way, work in progress road, etc) for unloading the product should be requested to the M-Kube during the confirmation call.

3.DELAY IN SHIPMENT

If the customer fails to respond to the call, then there will be a delay in shipment. In this case, M-Kube is not responsible for the delay. 

4.POSTPONE OF SHIPMENT

If the Customer wants to postpone the shipment date before or at the time of the confirmation call, M-Kube will hold the shipment and deliver it without any extra charges. If the customer has postponed the shipment after the confirmation call, M-Kube has the right to add extra shipping and loading charges to reship the order on the postponed date. 

5.CANCELLATION OF SHIPMENT

If the Customer wants to cancel the order before or at the time of confirmation call, M-Kube will cancel the order without any charges and payment will be initiated as per our refund policy. If the customer has cancelled the order after the confirmation call or at the time of delivery, M-Kube will charge as per our refund policy.

6. TRACKING OF SHIPMENT

To Know your order status, log in to your M-Kube account and check the “Orders” tab, where all your orders will be listed with their status. For further assistance, you may call us on 

7.SHIPPING DOCUMENTS

Your shipment will contain the following documents:

• Copy of the Invoice.
• Copy of the Delivery note
• Acceptance of Unloading (AOU-Form)

8.UNLOADING TERMS

The product will be unloaded only after authorizing the AOU-Form. If there is any deviation in quantity/quality, the customer has to check before authorizing the AOU-Form and has raised the complaint immediately to M-Kube.  

9.COMPLAINTS

Quantity Issue:

If the customer finds an excess of the ordered quantity is shipped, then the customer can either pay for the excess item received or has to return the excess. If the received quantity is lesser than the actual order. Then the missed/remaining quantity of the order will be delivered within the stipulated time, without any extra shipping cost.

Quality Issue:

If you find a compromise in the quality of any product received from us, you are free to express your concern to our team. In this case, M-Kube follows Indian Standard code 383:2016 (Clause 8).

10. DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT

The product will be delivered within 24 hours to 72 hours from the time of order. Less than 24Hrs will be considered as fast delivery, available at extra cost and free for elite customers (Launching soon).

11.DELIVERY QUANTITY

The ordered quantity may also be delivered on a split-up basis as per availability of the product as well as logistics.  While we try our best to deliver on time, we cannot provide you the delivery guarantee on the scheduled delivery date.

You accept and agree that M-Kube is not liable whatsoever for the timely delivery or otherwise, of the ordered materials/ products to your shipping address at all times.

12.SITE CONSENT AND UNLOADING LOCATION

The following requirement is a must for smooth delivery of the consignment.

Products will only be delivered at natural ground level. An additional shipping cost will be charged by M-Kube, if delivery is to be made other than natural ground level and exceeding the unloading distance (Refer to table 12a).

The customer will be responsible to give a safe environment, legal address, and accessible pathway to deliver the shipment. Failing to provide such, additional shipping costs will be charged with other taxes (if any).

13.Others

M-Kube reserves all rights to withhold/ cancel the order without delivery, depending on the availability of the product, logistics, and other unpredicted situations like natural calamities, pandemic, etc
